Sunday, July 21, 2024, at the Ministry's headquarter, The Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Libyan Government, Dr. Abdulhadi Lahweej, received the Honorable Minister of State for Women's Affairs of the Libyan Government, Dr. Intissar Aboud. The meeting focused on ways to support and empower Libyan women in various social, economic and political fields. It also addressed the importance of enhancing women's participation in political life and enabling them to participate in international events and conferences, as well as highlighting their active role in public life. The Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation emphasized the importance of continued fruitful and constructive cooperation and joint mobilization to achieve common goals.
